Responsibilities:

Supervising all tree care service activities of the crew
Ensure all crew members have required material
Ensure crews have the training they need
Reviewing and managing crew schedules
Coordinating with branch management, customers and employees as needed
Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed
Adhering to company safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while work it going on

Requirements

	Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services Bilingual Spanish a plus
