Responsibilities will include the development of new business opportunities within the landscape & ground maintenance areas of business.

The ideal candidate must posses the ability to build business relationships throughout the market
Analyze client needs and interests
Explain the bid packet to ensure the potential client understands the information provided
Follow up with potential and existing clients
Successfully communicating the company's goal to help enhance the property's value and curb appeal
Managing a very high-paced & quality-controlled landscape operation

Requirements

	Excellent communication skills Proficient in computers & Microsoft Local knowledge of the area and commercial contracts preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in the Landscape industry Experience in selling to high-end commercial markets Time management & accountability
